There are great sermons this week. There always are, actually. This week there are two sermons from Bishop Jerry, one for his own church, Saint Andrew’s and one for Saint Peter’s in Statesville; there are also sermons from Bishop Roy and our two faithful contributors, Revs Jack and Bryan. Once again I liked each of them and they cover differing texts in differing manners, so you won’t feel like deja vu all over again.
There are a number of people who really need your prayers, start with Shamu who we hope is recovering from surgery on Friday, we have lost count, but think it is number 13. Her heart is with God, but she really needs physical strength. Pray also for Bob, Mary and Jim who are all trying to let God drive the cancer from their abdominal areas. Pray for trust in the Lord, strength and guidance for them and their families.
