There are always a lot of people who both wish and need your prayer, today is not the exception.  Please take time to update the list if you have someone on it and pray for at least one or two people there.  Start with Shamu, Jim and Laurie and work out from there.

There is an awesome and epic week ahead, do not despair of the world; open your heart to the Holy Ghost and REJOICE!  Again,  I say REJOICE!
